- flash stock ROM (disable auto reboot)
- press volume down + power to reboot. hold volume up + power to boot into stock recovery
- wipe data & cache. reboot to bootloader
- flash TWRP. hold volume up + power to boot into TWRP
- remove
/sdcard/TWRP - flash modified multi-disabler
- flash kernel
- boot into system
